Triangle Pose – Trikonasana

Triangle pose stretches the legs, ankles, hips, muscles around the knee , hamstrings, calves, shoulders, and spine.  Also stimulates function of abdominal organs.

The posture requires effort to maintain proper alignment in the back and legs, which helps to correct any curving or hunching in our posture during the day. Triangle provides a combination of opening and elongating and challenging the body which provides so many different benefits.
